Titanium foam has a stable pore shape and uniform distribution, which ensures stable filtration performance, good regeneration performance, and recovery of more than 90% after regeneration.

Filtration accuracy: 0.22-100 microns (um)
Working temperature: ≤ 300 °C
Diameter: ≤ 400 mm (whole, no splicing, no welds)
Diameter: > 400 mm (splitters with welds)
Thickness: 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm or according to customer requirements

Application:
Titanium foam is mainly used for separation and filtration in petrochemical, liquid medicine manufacturing, medical equipment and other basic industries. Titanium is used for sensor components, sensor components, detector components, pressure relief device components, polypropylene, polyethylene and other high viscosity polymer extrusion materials commonly used filter key components.
