Nickel Wire Mesh
Nickel wire mesh has excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance. Good resistance to corrosion in acids and alkalis and is most useful under reducing conditions.
Nickel wire mesh is widely used as filter media, fuel cell electrode.
Nickel wire cloth is also used for screening under strong acid and alkali conditions and gas, liquid filtration and other media separation.
Material: Nickel 200 (UNS N02200), Nickel 201(UNS N02201).
Features:
1. High conductivity;
2. The strength is better at high temperature, the resistivity is lower;
3. High melting point, corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties, good pressure processing in hot and cold conditions, easy to degas, suitable for radio, electric light source, machinery manufacturing, chemical industry, and important in vacuum electronic devices Structural materials.
Weave Pattern: plain weave, twill weave, dutch weave.
The plain weave is from 1 mesh to 200 mesh; Twill weave is from 250mesh to 400mesh.Other specification is also available according to order.
Application:
1) For vacuum coating;
2) For making valves grid,inner components of vacuum valves;
3) For making lead, supporting wire;
4) For battery production;
5) For chemical,mine,hydrogen making,acid making and basic industry.
Packing: waterproof paper with plastic cloth,then put into wooden box.
