Conventional Weave Belts

Conventional weave belts is no rod insert of the spiral wire,which may lead to lack of tensile strength and the possibility of deformation during motion, conventional weave belting is suitable for conveyor light weight materialsand its big opening area size in drying and cooling industries.

Features:
Conventional weave belts consists of single directional spirals inter-woven into the preceding spirals. The advantages of the convetional weave belts is flexibility,smooth running,large opening,good air circulation,easy to clean, install,maintain, and repair.

Application: Conventional weave conveyor belts is usually used for food processing and electronic conveying. It is used for cooking, baking, cooling, frying, draining, washing and rinsing, freezing (CO2 or N2). Besides, conventional weave belts is also widely used for glass annealed processing machine, foodgrain convey system, electronic components convey system, beverage convey system and architectural decorative metal mesh.
